Our Recipe for  Personal Growth and Success

All exercise sessions are 45 minutes long and By Appointment Only. All ages 10 and up.

Assessment Session

Assessment sessions serve as an introduction to our program.  You and your family will be able to meet your trainer, discuss any personal goals you might have, get comfortable in our studio and perform a number of exercises that are used in our program.  We use this session to begin to determine your current physical fitness level, type of support needed, and preferred learning style in order to develop your program in the most appropriate and effective way.

1 : 1 Training

Our 1:1 exercise programs are designed to fit the specific goals and needs of each client.
 

Our program utilizes functional fitness as a way to promote purposeful movement, enhance motor planning and increase overall strength, stability & endurance. The desired outcome is to improve overall health and quality of life.

Small Group Training

Our small group sessions consist of 3-4 participants. Group sessions will include a warm-up, strength training & endurance activities, flexibility & core exercises, team fitness games and more! As always, exercises will be adapted for each individual to meet their current level of performance.

*All participants are required to have some 1:1 training experience with us prior to joining a group.
